By placing an order, you are agreeing to these shop policies.

Shipping
All items are made-to-order. Bookmarks have a processing time of 5-7 business days. Apparel and totes have a processing time of 5-15 business days from the order date, this does not include weekends or shipping transit time.
Once an order is shipped, tracking updates or delays are out of my control. I am not responsible for any stolen packages once they are marked delivered, however if you believe your order has been lost during transit, please file all necessary claims with USPS/UPS and email me.

Please double check your address when placing an order, replacements are not provided for any orders delivered to an address that was provided incorrectly.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT charges or duties. Please keep this in mind when ordering! If an item is returned to sender, shipping fees are not refunded.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations
Since every item is made to order, I do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds unless there is an error on my part. I also do not accept exchanges for a different color or size unless what you have received is different from what you ordered, so please double check every order before placing that it is to your liking.

However, if you ever have any issues with your order (wrong size/color sent, damaged items, issue with print, etc.) please contact me first with photos, and I will issue a proper replacement!

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP with your order number using the Contact Us page. Cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, I no longer accept cancellations.
