Bookmarks have a processing time of 5-7 business days. Apparel and totes have a processing time of 5-15 business days from the order date. This does not include weekends. I currently cannot guarantee any faster processing.

Each item is made-to-order by one person (myself), therefore it may take some time before I reach your order, so I thank you for your patience!

If you wish to purchase faster shipping, this affects only shipping transit time, and does not speed up processing time.
Your order will still have a 5-15 business days processing time if you purchase a priority shipping rate. Please keep this in mind :)!

Please contact me ASAP with your order number. Cancellations are only accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, I no longer accept cancellations.

Since every item is made to order, I do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds unless there is an error on my part. I also do not accept exchanges for a different color or size unless what you have received is different from what you ordered, so please double check every order before placing that it is to your liking.

However, if you ever have any issues with your order (wrong size/color sent, damaged items, issue with print, etc.) please contact me first with photos, and I will issue a proper replacement!

Please contact me as soon as possible for any mistakes I can correct (ex. Change in size, color, or address changes). I will try my best to correct any mistakes before an item is shipped out, however they are not always guaranteed.

Once the order has been shipped I am not able to accept any changes. Orders delivered to an address that was provided incorrectly will not be replaced or refunded, so please be sure to double check!

I ship to most countries overseas, however some countries I am not able to ship to due to license or shipping restrictions. Be aware that your order may be subject to customs/VAT/import fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost, and you will be notified if any fees must be paid at the time of delivery of your order. I cannot predict how much it will be or if you will have to pay, it is determined by your local customs once the order is in their possession.

Per my policy, I am not responsible for any fees that may apply. By purchasing you are agreeing to pay these fees if charged, thank you!

International shipping is calculated by weight, the more items you buy or heavier materials such as sweatshirts will cost more.

Unfortunately I do not control shipping prices so I cannot offer any cheaper shipping than what is provided. The cost goes 100% towards the purchase of a label and insurance, I do not keep any part of the shipping cost.

Please wash all clothing inside out in cold water, on the delicate/hand wash cycle. Air or low dry only.

Do not iron directly over prints.

For totes, spot clean with a mix of water and mild detergent only, and air dry.
